Psychiatrists:
Geith Shahoud M.D.
Dr. Geith Shahoud is a renowned psychiatrist with over three decades of experience. Originally from Syria, he transitioned from internal medicine to psychiatry, specializing in adult, child, and adolescent care. Dr. Shahoud has held leadership roles at Highland Hospital, Southwood Psychiatric Hospital, and Excela Health Latrobe. He founded Western PA Behavioral Health Resources (WPABHR), and Co-found Alepix Behavioral Clinic (ABC) providing comprehensive mental health services. His work includes serving on the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Board and collaborating with IU1 to enhance community mental health. Dr. Shahoud’s compassionate approach and expertise make him a trusted leader in psychiatry.
David Yuna D.O.
Dr. Yuna Earned his medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed General Psychiatry training at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk, PA. He did his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Case Western University, Cleveland, OH.

Ashley Tonsetic MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC
Ashley is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 13 years of experience in the psychiatric field, including child and adult inpatient care and emergency psychiatric settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and began her career at Western PA Behavioral Health Resources. Ashley is dedicated to providing individualized care plans that focus on the unique needs of each patient, treating various psychiatric disorders in adults and children through collaborative, evidence-based practice.
Michele Reed, RN, BSN, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC
Michelle is a highly skilled psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She also has extensive expertise in working with individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities (ID) across both child and adult populations. With a strong commitment to providing comprehensive and compassionate care, Michelle serves patients at WPABHR office, TCV, and in school-based settings. Her approach emphasizes individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of her patients, helping them achieve their full potential while addressing complex psychiatric and developmental challenges.
Chrystal Pratt PMHNP
Chrystal has worked in both inpatient behavioral health and outpatient settings for eight years, with significant experience in inpatient psychiatry. During this period, she has provided care and support to individuals facing various mental health challenges. She has developed a strong understanding of the complexities of mental health conditions and possess a passion for supporting individuals on their journey to wellness.

Combining clinical mastery with real-world resilience, he provides a steady, straightforward space for clients to process high-stress experiences and build lasting emotional strength.
Elizabeth Dionne Eddy, MS LPC
With 28 years of experience across emergency, residential, and school-based settings, Dionne provides expert care for adolescent and adults. She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Her extensive background in conflict mediation and lifespan psychology informs a seasoned, solution-focused approach to modern mental health challenges.
